Founded in 2003 in Kerikeri, we have built or renovated over 300 homes for our clients in Kerikeri and other locations across Northland.
Bay Builders are registered Certified Builders with 20 years of tried and trusted experience. All work is completed to the highest possible standard, whether it be new home builds, renovations, house extensions or commercial buildings.

Bay Builders was formed in 2003 by Bevin and Donna MacCarthy and have since built or renovated over 300 homes, helping people to build their dream homes in Kerikeri and the surrounding areas of Northland.
Locally born and bred, Bevin completed his apprenticeship in the Kerikeri area. The region means a great deal to him and his family. Bay Builders not only build and renovate homes but they go above and beyond to ensure the highest standard and quality finish on every job, big or small. Bay Builders are members of the Certified Builders Association.
