Project update

A big milestone on site, with 148m³ of concrete poured to complete the slab.

The Bay Builders team and Northland Concrete Pumping were on site from 4:30am, getting the pour underway early and keeping the project moving.

A huge effort from both teams and another major step forward for the project.

Pods are in place and the team is ready to begin tying the steel.

Cladding is now underway on site, marking another stage in the external works.

Despite challenging weather conditions, the team is continuing to maintain progress and keep the build moving. With two projects being worked on simultaneously, the team is managing multiple sites while keeping both builds on track.

There’s been plenty happening behind the scenes on site.

The plumbers have been through, the slab has been filled, and we’re now almost ready to tie the reinforcing steel and prepare everything for the concrete pour.

A lot of the work at this stage happens before you see much above ground, but it’s all part of getting the foundations right for the build ahead.

The Waipapa shed project is nearing completion, with the final stages of construction now underway.

With three shed projects currently progressing, the team is keeping busy across multiple sites. Each project is moving forward to schedule, with quality workmanship and attention to detail remaining the focus through to completion.
